Shipping policy

This shipping policy covers ALL items on the website. 

 

When can you expect your order?

Processing time and shipping time are separate. 

Items are sometimes print to order, meaning items may not ship out for up to 14 days, excluding holidays. Due to hand-printing nature, orders may take up to 14 days to ship.

If multiple items are ordered, order will not ship until all items are fulfilled. 

If items are in stock and printed, items will ship within 3 business days of order. 

 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout through mail service providers, most commonly USPS. All items ship from our studio in Juneau, Alaska. 

Where do we ship? 

We ship both domestically in the US and internationally. Shipping rates vary for international, calculated at checkout through mail service providers  

Do we offer special shipping rates?

Special shipping rates and promotions occur throughout the year  We notify customers of these through banners on the top of the homepage on the website. 

Local delivery and in store pickup:

Local delivery is available at checkout to all residents of Juneau, Alaska using zip codes 99801-99803 or 99824. In store pickup is available for Free at checkout.
