Sol Proaño Prisms

About Sol Proaño:

Objects of art and contemplation that are unassuming, graceful and distinctive. Handmade in New York City by Sol Proaño. As a teenager, Sol hitchhiked throughout Chile during summers selling jewelry and leather goods that she made herself. Years later and now settled in the New York City, her designs translate her experience and complexities of life as a migrant in the rough city. She crafts her goods one piece at a time in her studio in Queens, NY with brass and crystals. With a global aesthetic, she combines both clean lines and organic shapes that are handformed with hammers and stakes.

#19:

The Prisma Hanging #19 is an easy favorite! The brass teardrop shape is all this faceted crystal needs to catch the sunlight and transform your room into a rainbow party place. The thick brass wire is shaped individually, and hammered for strength and structure.

8" long, 3.6" wide. Hangs from a 9" long chain and brass ring. The prism is 1.6" wide.

The Prisma Hanging #3 is elegant and minimalist. The gentle tiny rainbows created by the two crystal prisms will fill up the room and bring joy to your days. Bring the sunshine in. The thick brass wire is shaped individually, then hammered for strength and structure.

6" long, 4.5" wide. Hangs from a 9" long chain and brass ring. The prisms are 7/8" and 1.75".

#21:

Simplicity at its best, a bare-bones triangle shape with a chain that centers the magical crystal in it. If you are looking for a grounding shape, the triangle is for you. The Prisma #21 is perfect for a yoga or meditation room.
